  • The studio is crazy big and amazing! The women's bathroom/shower/changing area is the best I've ever seen. I tend to visit during my lunch hour and always have to change from work clothes to workout clothes and then back to work clothes. There is SOOOOO much room, I've never had to wait to change. That is big on my list. Although the name is Dragonfly Hot YOGA, I don't do a lot of yoga. I have tried a yoga class or two when that's the only thing I can fit in my schedule and have no complaints but the reason I started going to Dragonfly is because of Barre. They have a couple of Barre options. I like the ones that incorporate cardio into them (usually called Barre Bootcamp) the best. That way I can really get my heartbeat up. That being said the other Barre classes are great too. They get you shaking and that's exactly what you want out of a barre class. One day, a few weeks ago, I decided to try their Power Up class! The class incorporates weights, cardio and abs. I am not kidding when I say this is one of the hardest workouts I've ever done. The exercises would be hard in a mild room but add in the fact the room is heated to 95 degrees and WOW! Every single piece of clothing I wear is drenched when I leave the room but gosh do you feel good. The first few times, I literally thought I may throw up. That intense. I no longer feel like that anymore. You wanna know why? "The workouts don't get easier, you just get stronger!" For my body, I NEED hard workouts to really see changes so I've loved the class from day one and continue to love it. It has become my favorite part of Tuesdays and Thursdays! They have such a variety of classes, if you don't want something so intense, there are plenty of options for you! I'd totally recommend to anyone. I recently became a Dragonfly/Flyght Cycle Member. My wedding is next year and I've got GOALS! The membership is $149 and is unlimited classes at all Drangonfly studios and the Flyght Studio. With the membership I no longer have to bring my own towel or yoga mat. That makes it nice!
