This is the worst "service" department I have ever dealt with. They had my car for two weeks... so I called the following Monday. They told me it would be done that Friday. That puts us at 3 weeks. I called later in the day on that Friday and never got a return call. I called on Saturday and was told the person handling my case was out until Monday and that they had no further info on my car. So this Monday we will be rolling into week 4. I find this unacceptable. I can't seem to get an update and when I do get someone on the phone I am met with responses such as, "well since you involved volkswagen we have to wait for approvals", extremely unprofessional. Of course I involved volkswagen. The dealership wouldn't help me even though the car was bought from them new and only owned for nine months. Volkswagen stepped up and did the right thing... they actually went above and beyond what they needed to do, but this service department is a sad representation of the service that volkswagen gives. Yes to volkswagen .. NO to this dealership!
