Ben's service was excellent, and I have 0 hesitation is giving him 5 stars. He answered the phone personally, gave me an idea of what was wrong as well as how much it was going to cost to fix it. Ben answers his phone personally and was great to work with. His service included picking my TV up (a 2yr old, high end 59" Plasma), repairing it and then bringing it back. His price came in right where he told me it was, and he kept me up to date on what was going on the whole time my tv was gone (4 days). I would definitely recommend going with Ben if you have a TV that needs repaired over using one of the Big Box service departments.
