First let me start by saying I'm glad I was paying a friends and family rate......because it definitely wasn't worth full price. The hotel was kind of neat, the employees were okay to deal with, and the location was great.....but it was severely lacking qualities that would make it stand out from other hotels...and that's what I thought a Hyatt Regency strives to do. The doormen weren't friendly or overly welcoming, the bed wasn't very comfortable, and there was a huge, loud party in the arcade area that went until 11pm on Friday night...which I found out about at check in. Kind of crappy when you have to wake up at 7am to do a 5k the next morning.
