Moved to Arzano two years ago. The leasing staff are awesome and the maintenance staff even better. Carvin, Mark and the rest of the team are top-notch. The apartments are very nice, although I wish the faucet in the kitchen was of better quality. Overall I love living here. The landscape is lush, green and full of vibrant colors--which you don't see very much in this grey desert. My biggest problems with living here and why I gave the property only three stars are the following:
1) Dog poop - It's everywhere and the small park in the complex is saturated with old, stinky poop. You can't even walk in the park, which is such a shame because it's a nice place to BBQ and hang out. The complex needs to be more aggressive about evicting pets where the owners just won't pick up their waste. It's gross and makes the complex smell.
2) Trash - Arzano is beautiful but I find that the trash in the bushes and around other areas to be pretty bad. They need to hire a crew that comes once a month to really clean the interior of the complex and not just the perimeter around the front. The one landscaper who manages this huge complex is not enough. I don't want Arzano to turn into some ghetto-fied, dump with trash and dog poop. I know it's not a glamorous job but the dog crap is getting out of hand and the complex needs to deal with it.
Overall Arzano is a nice place to live with lovely, lush landscape and close proximity to major retailers and grocery stores. The apartments are great and I want to stay here but if the dog poop and trash situation doesn't improve, I think I might have to find another lush property somewhere else.
