I have been shopping for insurance for about 2 weeks comparing quotes. I went online and did an engine search. All your Insurance emailed me among with a bunch of other companies. What stood out to me was that "Guy" From All Your Insurance included a quote estimate in the email while the other companies included the estimate on the site. Then you call them and it ends up being way more then they initially said. A few days passed and I still wasn't finding something in my price range. I looked back to Guy's email which so far had the cheapest estimate. I called and was greeted by a friendly young lady. After verifying my information she asked to briefly put me on hold. Within seconds Guy himself was back on the phone with me. I was very impressed. He didn't ask me the questions in an aggressive manner as some other insurance agents did. The longer I stayed on the phone, the more comfortable and taken care of I felt. I got the sense of a good honest business that truly does care for their customers. He was very patient,we looked at several different options and unlike the other agents with different companies, he didn't try to sell me packages with unnecessary fluff AND he also was kind enough to explain to me how the policy's worked. The goal really was to set me up with the lowest price with the best coverage.
The Cherry on top for me was when the quote came back. I was expecting maybe a little higher then his estimate. It was actually $16 Dollars LESS! I didn't hesitate. My search was over. The customer service was top notch. He was courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered. I had my new insurance policy number immediately. This was not only possibly the best customer service I've experienced with an Insurance company, but with ANY business period. I'm extremely satisfied and I have a good feeling that I will be staying with this company !
