  • Lakewood Animal Hospital was amazing with my dog this past summer. He ate 5 corn cobs out of the trash and was quite ill. I took him there and Dr. Konecny was extremely kind, patient and understanding. He ended up having to get an exam and X-ray (he was very difficult during the X-ray) and not only did she walk me through the entire process but also took the time to talk about options and pricing. Everyone was really nice and comforting. The pricing and service was outstanding and Guinness will definitely be coming back for regular exams. I also really liked that they have both a dog side and a cat side in the waiting room. It helps so people with cats don't have to worry about dogs barking at their carriers. Thank you to the Lakewood Animal Hospital team for being so patient and sweet with Guinness- especially when he was so difficult! :-)
