The receptionist in the front is the only reason why this experience went from a 5 to a 2. I'm new to the area, and got lost with the street directions that were given to me over the phone. When I called the receptionist to make her aware of this situation she was adamant that there was nothing she could do for us, even though she had already said there were 2 appointments available for the next hour. By this point we would be arriving 30 mins late to our appointment. We were informed that we would be paying full amount for our massage. We decided to turn back around, and not take the 30 min massage. At this point I received a call from the manager with a 180 degree attitude. She said we could take those available appointments, so we could have the full time to experience the massage. The massage itself was relaxing and great however the service that was provided to us from the receptionist ruined this review.
