  • This place is incredible. The staff and food are one of a kind. It is located in a commercial building where it has a mixture of a vintage/ paris renaissance theme mixed with a modern new york rooftop. The space itself is large, so it was nice not having to squeeze around others and fight for a place to sit. The kitchen/bakery is disguised as a greenhouse, and all the seating areas has it's own individual twist. No matter where you sit, you will get the perfect blogger photo! There's a giant 4 shelved bookcase where you can sit and eat and even a swinging sofa! It's perfect for intimate gatherings. This review could have easily been 5 stars but I do have a few concerns. * This cafe is so new that there is still no sign or banner. It is pretty difficult to find since the GPS can only give so many intricate directions. * The temperature inside is extremely warm, and it's a bit difficult to hide from the sun (the pro being great lighting for photos!!). Since it was so warm it made me antsy to leave, but upset that I wasn't able to fully enjoy my time in there. * My biggest concern was the knowledge of the employees. Granted- the place is fairly new, but all the employees should be educated on selling the products! I asked the cashier what the most popular was, and she replied. But when I had asked her what was inside one of the desserts she hesitated in confusion. She then asked her coworker, who then asked her manager, who then had to ask the chef! In my opinion the manger should at LEAST be informed. This is so important in the case that someone has allergies toward particular ingredients. I even tried to sway the conversation from ingredients and asked about the texture of the dessert. I wanted to know if it was a cake or if it was custard. We then went through the same exact process. If the employees aren't well informed than the ingredients and/or descriptions should be written on the menu. Since the desserts change frequently, it's should just be on the name card of it. Each employee should know what each product tastes like or contains. Honestly they can grab a pot of the coffee, or one single dessert and share just so they are able to provide information to the customers. Every place I go, my first question is, "What's the most popular?" and then "What is your favorite" follows. Customers want to know since employees are surrounded by the objects they have certain viewpoints that can really benefit the consumer. Other than that, the customer service is still great. The turn around time for orders is extremely quick. I was impressed at the fact that I wasn't even able to decide where I wanted to sit and the server already had my order!! Great place to sit back and relax. Brought my nieces and nephews, but I believe that this place is more of an young adult/adult environment. I ordered the lychee rose dessert which is more of a custard. It tasted really good, but the lychee is in the form of a clear jello located at the bottom. I had no idea- I thought it was just a plain jello that was used to keep the dessert from slipping off the plate. It was still good, but you won't taste any lychee unless you eat that jello. The Dan Tea (Yuzu Omija): It was so refreshing!! If you're familiar with the Filipino Calamansi it has a similar taste to that, but with a far more citrus taste. Cheeky Peach hot tea: very good quality leaves, and had a nice soft taste. Not too overwhelming.
