| - The absoule worst!!! The worst!!! Do not go! The only reason she does not have 1 star review on goole is because this "Sabrina Dyer" keeps posting over and over in the same month, as well as random "google users". Believe me this doctor is that arrogant that she is banking on people being to dumb to figure that out. Dr. kois did a "full body exam" in under 3 min. Did not look between my legs, in my hair, in my hair line. She did not look under my bra. She did not look at my ears or the back of my neck. She was so fast I was confused and did not know what to say when she left. I told the front Desk as soon as I got out there that it was the worst experience I had ever had with a doctor, and that i wanted to speak to the manager. The manager rolled her eyes at me. She told me that they had already collected my insurance so i had to pay for the appointment. I didnt want to pay for the appointment because i needed a full body exam and now wanted to go to another doctor to have it done. I could no longer trust this doctor. I tried to get it resolved with novant health patient services and they told me that they had it reviewed by the lead clinitian at the office and their team, and they refused to not charge me. That is either dr. Kois herself and her employees or the one other clinitian that works there. How is that right? Of course they didnt care to help me. They clearly are only concerned about money. What kind of piece of crap doctor thinks its okay to make hundreds of dollars in literally 5 min and when someone is not happy refuse to help them. Health care is the only profession that does this. If your not happy with your experience too bad! My insurance only covers 1 full body exam a year. And now if i want another one or let me rephrase that, if i was a real one, i have to pay out of pocket. I am a hard worker and I pay all my bills including the $400 a month for insurance. I have the right to feel like i was taken care of when i leave a doctors office. Dr. kois was rude to her CMA. And the manager was rude to the front desk. The back bone of your clinic you treat like garbage so why am i so suprised you treated me like garbage. Its your word against mine and you can not do your job and still take my money. What a perfect world for you! I honestly do not know how this doctor lives with herself. What a piece of garbage. Dr. kois, you are welcome to call me yourself to hear first hand how i feel about you. In fact give me a heads up so i make sure to clear my schedule and dont miss your call. I am reporting you and your unbelievable excuses for medical care to everyone i possibly can.
UPDATE: I was told by Novant Health that I would hear from someone "directly" last tuesday, and I have not. I have received a letter from the office discontinuing my care based off the sole reason that I did not agree with the care given to me. Not that I would have ever gone back to this doctor, I am appalled that this is how your establishment addressed this issue. You did not try to resolve it. Once I complained about it you dismissed me from the practice. Also, I asked someone in patient services, to please have her manager to call me and that never happened. That was over 2 weeks ago. Instead I also received a letter from her saying that after reviewing the dictated note from the doctor that they deemed my visit appropriate. Therefore my word against the doctors holds no value. Of course the doctor is not going to write in her dictated note that she did not examine me head to toe. I asked Lindsay to examine the time stamps in the office to confirm my complaint. Instead it was told to me that the only thing that was done on my behalf was to review the doctors dictated note. Please explain to me how this is fair to me in any way what so ever? Why is the money that important to a multi billion dollar establishment? I need to be examined! And now I am left to pay this out of pocket because my insurance only allows 1 full body scan a year. I deserve to be able to be properly examined and that doctor did not do her job. What recourse do patients have if it is the doctors word against mine? She writes her own note, and no one is there to double check her or check over her shoulder to make sure she is doing her job correctly. That is why they take the hippocratic oath. This doctor clearly does not take her oath seriously or she would not be lying about what happened, OR would cancel the appointment I had with her, not charge my insurance and let me see another doctor. But no, the money from me is more important to her. I literally saw her for 5 min. Not 10-not 20....5! HOWEVER, the reviews about this doctor alone should validate my story. I cant believe novant health values patient rights with such flippancy.
