So I go to this location often and always spend $250 atleast maybe even more. So recently that last two times I've gone I've had the worst customer service by the STORE MANAGER I walked in one time to actually return some clothes which were under the rental stroller so not noticeable at all.. i walk around for a while looking at clothes to do an exchange instead of a return but this whole time I'm looking the store manager is staring at speaks on her mic and then I see a sales associate walking towards me and ask if I needed help I said no.. so I'm looking still and I look up and the STORE MANAGER is staring!!!! so I grabbed a shirt I wanted and checked out and told the cashier I didn't want the shirt!! Their serviced wasn't acceptable!!!!! So TWO WEEKS later I go again I only had my wallet with me no purse nothing which I left my wallet outside in another shopping bag with my husband and I'm looking around I'm in the clearance section and I hear the STORE MANAGER ask the sales associate to ask me if she can get a room started I believe I had a shirt in hand.. i said no since I had my husband waiting for me ( I usually never try anything on) so the sales associate responds saying I already did and the STORE MANAGER says and what she say.. so I'm walking away to look at something else and the STORE MANAGER then askes me if I need a fitting room :0!!! I was like no I dont!!! And keep walking almost towards the front of the store and then call my husband and tell him I'm ready.. This is a bad!!! If I don't need your help, a damm fitting room, or I'm looking around for a long time I know it might seem weird but being a MANAGER requires this skills and if you don't have them you shouldn't be a STORE MANAGER.
Yet I will still go their since I love BEBE Buttttttt NOT THEIR EMPLOYESS!!!! Atleast that store manager, Pamela I believe is her name skinny tall green/hazel eyes what I could remember
