  • Make sure you have them sign a line item valuation on each item of "high value". They helped us twice the second time they damaged half a dozen pieces of furniture, walls and gouged door jams and scratched an expensive painting. They sent us a check for $600 to cover $2,000 on the painting and nothing for the rest. They explained that our stuff is insured at .60 a lb. even though we told them before they started that the art was valuable and they informed us that they only insured what they themselves packed. Yes, they might seem nice guys, but only until it matters to the bottom line back in the office. That's when their integrity looses all value.
