  • This place should be called horror story. Scammers. The receptionist was extremely rude. I called in to make an appointment she said come in right away I said I would be there at 11:30 when I called at 11:10 to say I was running late and would be there at 11:45 she said that was fine and she would see me soon. When I walked in I wasn't even greeted. I approached the desk and she gave me some weird look and she said you are over half an hour late. I pointed out that I had called her to say I would be there at 11:45 and it was now 11:55 she then said should have to charge me a late fee of $15 and I was like no I'm not paying that. and she just waved almost to shoo me out of the salon and said to just leave. After I left I thought that maybe on the Groupon website they would say something about a late fee being applied but that was not there's only a 24 hour cancellation fee. I was still keeping my appointment I do not see why there would be any fee charged to me. These people are greedy and I would not trust them with my eyelashes avoid this place at all costs.
