I hate car shopping and I dread the car buying experience. I have gone through so much stress negotiating and making sure that the dealership is giving you a fair deal (which almost does not not happen).
I happened to see a Honda advertised at Certified Luxury auto. Though the office is smaller compared to big dealerships, it was fairly clean. We were immediately greeted by the dealership owner Mo. He asked us what car we were looking for and told him we wanted to take a closer look at the Honda. Mo asked one of his associates to get the car prepped for "viewing" and we inspected the car ourselves. I liked this part because my husband and I had freedom to check on the car.
We returned and Mo asked us about financing. We did inform him that we were pre-approved for a loan already. Mo said that he could beat our interest rate. Our interest rate was already pretty low at this point but he was confident he could beat it. I also want to mention that just the day before, we were at the Showcase Honda dealership and the Salesperson that we spoke with already said that he can't beat our low interest rate so we weren't expecting to get any lower than what we already have. Mo was right though. He did beat our interest rate!!! Mo also worked with us and even lowered the price of the car so we can come to a compromise on our monthly payments.
It was a great car buying experience!! I highly recommend this place.
