I just spoke to an employee on the phone about whether my mail has arrived there, as it is temporarily being sent there due to building renovations, and I had a tracking number and he was so rude...so hostile! told me he was busy with other customers, made his voice sound so hurried and rushed. Refused to help me! I asked for his name he kept answering Toronto Retail C! and talk to this number, I can only help you if you want to buy a stamp. I asked again...what's your name...Toronto Retail C...Toronto Retail C...Toronto Retail C! and then he hung up on me! Is this what Canada Post is reduced to? Jerks that are lucky enough to get a well paying government job than spit at the customers??? I hope a supervisor is reading this. I've already made a complaint as well. This man needs to be fired with a scathing reference! Don't come to this outlet if you can avoid it. Save yourself the aggravation and insult. If I didn't need to call I wouldn't, but my mail is being redirected there so I had no choice. Expletives galore thrown at this jerk!
