| - After one successful visit, I went for a second appointment to have my layers recut and get an ombré colouring. My appointment was at 3pm and I didn't leave the studio until around 8pm, and I left sobbing. My stylist, Amanda, did my colouring then handed me off to Jamie for the cut because she had another appointment (RUDE). I told Jamie I wanted my layers redone & blunt bangs below my eyebrow. She told me that wouldn't look good with my long hair, but I explained I had bangs before and liked the look. As you can see from the picture, she should never touch a pair of scissors again. BELOW MY EYEBROWS? It was especially unnerving to have Amanda continually come back and coach Jamie how she should measure and cut the layers. Jamie was clearly fresh out of beauty school and I had the misfortune of being her guinea pig. Teri, the owner, finally refunded my cut, but refused to do anything about Amanda's miserable attempt to ombré my hair. I asked for the bottom to a lighter blonde colour, but instead it came out a nasty red, damaged looking colour. I should have walked out, but instead I paid $150 for two incompetent *stylists* to wreck havoc on my hair.
