  • I'm upset enough with the after sales service of this place to create an account and post a review. Let me begin by saying this place starts at 5 stars given their friendly salesperson, extensive selection and reasonable cost for delivery. But it goes downhill from there. Minus 1 star for nobody calling me to set up delivery like the salesperson said they would after I paid in full. Minus 1 star for nobody telling me they didn't actually have inventory so I would have to wait 3 weeks for my product. Minus 1 star for the lady on the phone who told me I'm not allowed to be frustrated and that she doesn't deal with irate customers. Minus 1 star for finally booking a delivery date and time the second time I called them at least 3 weeks after purchase. Minus 1 star for the delivery not showing up during the time booked for delivery. Minus 1 star for the guy who lied and said the delivery just left their store and will be there soon. Since my delivery isn't showing up until 9pm I can't comment on the product quality itself. That's -6 but since I can't give - 1 stars, here's 1 to put them on as reviewed.
