  • I remember coming here before and not liking it but my roommate got a set of pink and white that looked great so i decided i'd try it again. I sat down and the man got started immediately trying to take off my old set by ripping them. I asked to soak and he said it took too long and we can just do this so i complied. As he was working on my nails he kept mentioning how thin they are and he couldn't file down anymore cause there is no more nail (im just thinking how this could've been avoided if i didn't just lose 15 layers of nails to save time). Eventually he finished and they look nice. I have a couple that don't look the way i wanted and 1 crooked nail. I went to go pay and clearly listen on the wall says "pink and white acrylic- full set- $35" he charged me $45 and couldn't really tell me what the other $10 was for just that i had a different set and that's what i have to pay. I tried showing him the board and explaining that i would have paid to have my nails soaked off but was not willing to pay for him to rip them off like he chose to do. He made me pay and was border line causing a scene so i paid and left but it was an unpleasant experience and i was very disappointed that after the mediocre service and nail job he over charged me for $10 of unexplained service.
