  • Was so, so let down by my most recent visit. I remember coming here when I was younger and always getting a free cookie, and being blown away by all the other offerings. I went back for the first time in years this week and was sufficiently underwhelmed. The biscotti that I loved for all my childhood was bland, dry, and stale, while the brownie was hard, dry, and lacking any flavor. I really hope I just got there at a bad time because it would be a shame if what I had is representative of their best product. Willing to give it another try but thoroughly disappointed
