  • we have one of those home warranty company and when we had an air conditioning problem, hoping it was something small and we could bypass the warranty company, we called North Valley Mechanical and they came out right away. We were so impressed with the tech. He was so knowledgeable and honest. He let us know in his opinion, it was going to be major issue and we should use our home warranty company. We paid the service call and thank him for his advise. I can't tell you how impressed we are with North Valley Mechanical. Congrats on a job well done. I would use and recommend this company without hesitation. Good to know a honest and very knowledgeable HVAC company. Thank NVM
