  • Customer service is not their strength, the lady doing my nails seemed annoyed to be doing it and half the time wasn't paying attention. The water was really cold then way too hot. I upgraded to the Coconut Milk Foot Bath with an extra 10 minute massage, she just mindlessly ran her hands over the top of my foot the entire time just chatting with the other ladies or staring off into space. The nail job was sub par, she didn't clean up around my nails too well and the top tip of the nail is not painted, lack of attention to detail drives me crazy... The chair was way too close to the front so my feet were all bunched up on top of each other when they were in the water. A customer walked in and they all started talking to each other and staring at her, made me feel uncomfortable, I just wanted to get out of there!
