  • I recently purchased a car from this Earnhardt- only days after my bankruptcy discharged. I absolutely LOVED working with the salesman in the Mr. Ed department and wish I could remember his name. He got me exactly what I *needed* and let me test drive the car alone, which I found extremely helpful... it's never easy thinking through a test-drive with a salesman in your ear. He got me lower payments and a lower APR- he definitely put in the work! He also gave me GREAT and educational advice/information about rebuilding my credit. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because of the hassle I had to go through going back to the dealership to sign paperwork. I received a call that I needed to make some signatures, and was told it would take 2 minutes. I sat there for 90 minutes waiting for someone to grab the paperwork for me. I ended up leaving, telling them I would have to come back later. The next trip was great- except for the fact that I had to make a third trip because they forgot a signature page. Overall, GREAT experience here and will probably always be an Earnhardt Kia customer.
