| - I bought my Nissan Sentra here about a year ago and I couldn't be happier! The sales team was awesome and I really really like my car. I have several complaints but they are all about the service department. It began when I bought my car, it was very dirty. I originally bought it at night so it was hard to see the interior and exterior but I assumed because it was a new car at the dealership that it would be clean, I was wrong. The roof inside the car has stains all over it as if someone had opened a can of coke and it exploded, the back of the car has sticker residue left on the bumper, and the seats were stained. I don't blame this on the sales team, but on the people responsible for cleaning the car which would be the service department. I let that go and moved on ( even thought my roof is still stained and won't come out and the sticker residue won't come off). Fast forward to now, a year later, and I've been maintaining my car service at Nissan. The service department is very lack luster and surprise, lol, very expensive. I've previously had the unfortunate experience of having Omar as my service team member. He is absolutely the worst. He's very rude, very short, speaks to me like I'm stupid, and very presumptuous. The first time I had to deal with him, I had just got my car and three months later got an oil change. He told me I needed a new cabin filter... which was strange because I bought the car with everything inside of it New such as the air filter, cabin filter, etc. So i couldn't understand how after 3 months I would need a new cabin filter? Omar tried to tell me that it's a wear and tear and it needs to be replaced. So I tried to explain that he was telling me that this car every three months needs a cabin filter then? Because everything in it is supposed to be new? Weird. I let that go. Fast forward again to a week ago when I had my year service appointment which was my 50,000 mile service. Omar was there once again and when I turned my car in, everything was fine, when I got it back, my car pulled so hard to the right I could barely drive it. I brought it back and Omar tried to tell me it was normal and it was because my tires were different. Okay? Well my tires were different before and it never pulled? And they've been rotated before and never pulled? He had no explanation and tried to continue to tell me it was because they were different as if I was deaf and didn't hear him the first time and tried to brush me off and did not want to hear what I had to say. He then had me sit there for another 30 minutes to "fix it", and surprise again, it still pulls to the right. Overall, I'll never go back to the service department, and I really hope someone who manages this nissan reads this lengthy report and does something about your extremely
Rude and awful employee Omar and how awful the service department is in general.
