  • Very rude, bad customer service. Night doorman "riley" so he said his name was.....was especially rude and racist. Being a Starwood preferred guest this is not what I expected in a resort town like Scottsdale. Try another hotel in the area if you're looking for a good experience, plenty of them around. The sanctuary is a good one and not far away. That will be where I stay next time. Beautiful views as well.
