  • This is my second visit to this Urgent Care facility and like the first time, I have received yet another experience of EXCELLENT service by all of the staff. I'm fairly new to Vegas and require monthly medication refills for blood pressure and found this facility in May. I'm so glad I did because they really CARE. Courtney (MA) was efficient, kind, sweet and went out of her way to give me much needed information about finding a primary doctor. My Doctor was Frank Urbana this time and was sooo AWESOME. He as well showed he really cared about my well being. I even asked if I could have them as my primary medical facility. Also the first time I went the receptionist and nurse was outstanding as well. I highly recommend this facility to whomever needs medical care because their service is far superior than any I have encountered in Vegas.
