Took my car here on Saturday. The prices are OK, the service is OK (I have yet to find a carwash in Las Vegas that does great work like LA area car washes). I don't like the fact that if you pay with a card, the attendant takes your card and later comes back with it. I'm used to taking a receipt to the cashier to run my card but OK I guess. My main gripe about Country Club Auto Spa is their "hard sell" with the "rock in the window" routine.
Some guy comes over to you, tells you you have a chip in your glass but its repair is covered by your insurance. After I said "No thanks" he went on and on about how my insurance allows this repair 6 times a year without increase to my policy, yada yada, etc. When I again declined this service, to the guy who looks like Eminem's little brother, he mad dogged me, scoughed, rolled his eyes at me and looked like he wanted to punch me for declining.
This was the second time I went to this carwash and I expected the hardsell but not the intimidation. I won't go back.
