  • After checking the reviews, checked this place out. Not happy AT ALL. The girl took 1.5 hours to cut my hair and would've still went on to fix her mistakes if I hadn't stopped her (I just got tired!). I wanted real short hair on the left and hair down to my ear on the right. She did not know what she was doing. There is an ABRUPT change in my hair's length now. Looks VERY awkward. There are also some random long strands of my hair where they should be short, so they stick out, making it look even more awkward. I called and asked for a fix by a hairdresser that's more experienced. After finally accepting my request, they gave me another appointment. 2 days later I got a call from one of their hairdressers. She went on for 20 minutes to tell me that they won't offer me a more experienced hairdresser and to complain that, because the person I described to them as my hairdresser resembles her, she's the one who has to cut my hair. I did not know how to respond. I didn't end up going back for a fix for fear of getting an even worse hairdresser. DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL.
