I have been going to inferno Pilates for a little over a month now, 2-3 times a week, and let me tell you. Their classes are amazing. I used to go to the gym & do cardio & weights and wasn't seeing much results so some of my girlfriends, who have amazing bodies (waitresses at the day club pools) suggested I try the classes. They swore by them & once I started adding them to my gym routine, inches & pounds have been dropping. I also have NEVER had a butt & it's growing. It's crazy. It's hard at first getting used to the heat, but you go at your own pace. Make sure you bring water & stay hydrated. Hope to see you there!
