Friendly front desk gals, vet technicians, and an honest and caring vet (Andy Lenius) made our visit to this emergency vet clinic a good one. For our first visit, there was a bit of a wait though to see the Vet and for the results (there were a couple other people and their pets being helped), but our second visit to get her stitch out was super quick. So it really is hit or miss for how long you will wait. OVERALL we were pleased they took care of our doggie who had a cut and sent us home with some antibiotics for her and exact directions on how to treat her at home.
Our vet technician reviewed with us each part of the treatment they recommend and we were welcome to decline to our discretion. For example, we had our own Elizabethan collar so we didn't need to get that.
Prices here are higher than normal since it's emergencies services so with every visit it will cost you at least $105 and then the vet will make recommendations for treatment. And depending on your situation it could be quite a Sun. If you have a puppy we recommend getting some pet insurance if you know your breed is prone to problems later in life.
