AVOID!!! Zero stars would be too many! After purchasing gold earrings from the MANAGER, and buying the warranty, I consulted her about the backing clasp being loose... she fed me a line "take your tweezers and gently tap tap tap them together three times and it will be fine!" So I did her 3 tap mwthod EVERY time before wearing them and the one I was concerned about fell out and is GONE!
I went into the store and was taking to an African American woman (yes this is important! ) while a smirky dishwater blonde Caucasian stood near, and the MANAGER short latino looking with the grandma short curl hairstyle was at a counter behind them.
The African American woman said she was so sorry about the circumstance, but they could not do anything unless it was THEFT. She brought over the cut Cajun who confirmed there was nothing they could do. I pointed out the manager and stated she is the one who sold them to me and I would like to speak with her, and the dishwater blonde said that "It could not have been her! She is new. We all look alike here!" Are you kidding me? None of you look alike here!
The African American woman went and got the manager, who said the same thing that there was nothing they could do unless it was a theft. I explained that I have jewelry over a hundred years old, quality jewelry does not just fall off. I had followed her specific instructions. Either they sold me a piece of crap, or their company standards are crap. She offered to give me they're 25 % off sale deals plus an additional 10 % off any item of my choosing...
Any company that sells poor quality I will not give my $$$ to! Any company that has poor customer service I will not contribute to! If you do not stand behind your products and care about your clients I will not give your establishment a penny more!
This was my one and only experience... you've been warned!
