  • I have the misfortune of being a member of this club. It all sounds good until you have signed the contract. The actual club itself is not too bad too work out at if you are familiar with all the equipment because it is almost impossible to get help on how all the machines work. I get the once a month free trainer and the first month three of them are free. The trainers are not what they say they are. you don't get the full hr. they say you do, more like 45 min. and that's if they are on time or don't call in sick and then you are just out of luck. that is what happened to me today, I went in for my appointment and the trainer had called in sick and they did not bother to call and let me know and they had know one else to take his place. So I will not be going to that location again and I most likely will not renew any future contract with this company.
