In absolute terms, this is a fairly good buffet. But given the amount of people that were waiting in line (absurd) and the talk it gets, it was a bit of a downer. Much of the food, even the Sushi, is of slightly lower quality than an all you can eat in Staten Island. I'm not knocking it, but given the context of a world class casino in Vegas then it's less than one would expect. That being said, they put a lot of work into their desserts and that very much matches the level I expected. The waiting staff is also high quality, despite a hectic scene they will still stop and have a conversation with you.
