I never leave my clothes to be processed and the one time I did my items were stolen/misplaced. I came in with two bags of items and I normally wait but due to the long wait time I had to go handle my other business. When I returned I was told they weren't going to buy any of my items. I received my bags back and I left the store. When I go to sell the items they did not take online only to realize I missing one pair of shoes a left shoe and a right shoe. I called this establishment to find out what happened. Kimberly apparently tried to research it and was unable to come up with anything. She then calls Margie the store owner who does tried to offer me store credit. However if they didn't accept the clothes that I wear how would I be able to shop in their store? I am not their demographic. Unfortunately there is no win in this situation and I have simply lost three pairs of shoes. There is not enough I'm sorry for irresponsible employees.
