  • They came out for first appointment that was between 12-6pm, then told me they couldn't install my windshield because they didn't have a gasket so rescheduled for two days later, again, between 12-6pm.You can't call an individual location, all you get is rerouted to Ohio, or something. Now the want to schedule me for another 6 hour window. Ugh!!!
