  • They weren't too busy and seemed to have enough staff. Decor was a little dated. A young lady with blue streaks was my nail tech. She said polite greetings, but looked unhappy. I had a gel only color for $20. There was paint all over my skin, the nail tips were neglected and she had to use a nail file on my skin to get off the color, which made my skin rough and didn't take off all the polish. She nicked the nail several times- I asked if this would make it peel faster- she responded that she wasn't filing the nail so it wouldn't (but she did several times) First time in my life I didn't tip based on the poor service, moderate unfriendliness and disregard for my polish. Will never go back- even though the location is within walking of work and home.
