In early January I dropped off a dress for cleaning and left it with a man named June. On this date their computer system was down. A couple of weeks later I went to pick it up and the dress they said was mine was not. I spoke with Jennifer who told me that she would notify Sue and asked that I call Sue on Monday, as Sue only works 7 am to 3 pm Monday thru Friday. It is now March 9th, several messages have been left for Sue, she has my number in the system and I have yet to here from her. I have personally gone back once to see if the dress was found to which Jennifer told me it had not.
A former co-worker of mine, Paula, had a similar issue with Pinnacle Cleaners where they lost her entire order. Paula had to work at recalling every piece and it took weeks to find what Paula recalled was missing.
Sue has helped me before at the register and her attitude was poor. She has apparently forgotten who the customer is and that she is paid for a service.
I would not recommend anyone trust their belongings to Pinnacle Cleaners.
