  • Decided to stop at Crazy Mocha today and even though there was a water boil advisory, they were still advertising cold brew coffee. (I imagined they would have brought in ice and could've made it since they had a promo ad on the counter). After witnessing the barista yell at her co-worker, slam her bag on the counter, and and asked what I wanted, she then yelled at me that she didn't have ice. Needless to say, I was appalled by her actions and didn't give them my business. Never have I seen anyone treat a coworker so poorly and then go on and yell at a customer!
