Much easier of a process going from Columbus to Montreal, than coming back to the states. As is with most airport workers anywhere in the world, I try to smile and keep a positive demeanor so they don't sense it and throw up there defensive walls.
Eventually my tickets to get back home were figured out (discrepancy in my ticket name and passport). We even were the firsts to check in so got moved to first class for free because they needed to level out the plane.
Baggage had to be checked - AC is more of a stickler here, at YUL, than at CMH. All in all, flight attendants were nice and polite. I'd right this airline in the future. And, hey, if it's a couple $100 dollar difference between the American Airlines, then heck yeah I'd book with AC!
