This was the worst experience i ever had. I fell this doctor office was dishonest. i normally go to horizon eyecup for many year but due to my new job in concord i could never have enough time to travel to my normal location. So i gave this office a shot. bad decision. when setting up my appointment i ask what i wild have to pay for my exams she states only $25 which i normally pay or 0 dollar. once i arrive for my appointment on my lunch break i was taken to the back to start my exam. the tech was training someone so it was taking longer than i expected but i was being patience about 25 min later i was told that this office charges a additional fee of $40 for their technology and their system. At the point i was really upset now my visit has change from $25 to now almost 70 dollar. I f i was told this over the phone making my appointment i would not have booked. but i was pressed for time and i have craved this appointment out of my day so i continue. It too a additional lost 15 to 20 min to get the machine to work and to recognize my name. once i completed that i was was like great it over now i can go back to work. NO i had to meet with the doctor where i waited a additional 25 minutes in a cold office in the back. over all i was very disappointed in this office. i was hoping that it would go great. To put the icing on the cake i called back to get a copy of my prescription and the receptionist was sooooo rude. she act as if me calling for my prescription she had to do extra work. please beware this office.
