  • Don't bother making an appointment, they won't keep it anyways! I went in on a Saturday for 2 tires and they said they didnt have them in stock and would have to get them from the Matthews store, which is ok, so I scheduled an appointment with them for the following Saturday. I watched the employee enter my appointment and order 2 tires from the other store. He then printed me a quote and told me I was all set. I came in for my 11am appointment and told them I had one, they never bothered to look it up and started the whole process over from scratch again. I told them they were supposed to have ordered 2 tires from the other store and it should all be in my appointment. Still, she checked my tire sizes and then checked in the back for them. She came back and told me they apparently didnt send anyone to pick up the tires. Why do they bother making appointments if they have no intention on keeping them? On top of that, I was told I could come back later and trust that they would actually get the tires this time, or just go to the Matthews store. If they really cared about keeping their appointments, they would have sent someone asap to pick up the tires and honor the appointment. Now I have to sit in a busy store and hope they can squeeze me in the next few hours. Avoid this store!
