You'll definitely get an intense workout here for your muscles (don't be expecting cardio). It takes several classes before getting really into it, but after awhile I found myself craving the workouts. You'll definitely feel yourself improving and getting stronger.
Every class starts with a warm up, then arm work, thigh work, seat work, ab work, and a cool down stretch.
Instructors try to get to know everyone's name which is nice. The music and mood does depend on the instructor. They're all very encouraging and walk around correcting form and posture.
Toughest barre workout in Toronto for sure.
