Sushi Ko used to be great... But recently everything from service to quality had gone down hill.
They are seriously understaffed and the usual friendly waitress that has been there for so long doesn't seem to work there anymore.
Usually, I try to go for the lunch special combination (California roll, teriyaki Chicken, salad, rice, and miso soup) because it's a great deal and super delicious, however they changed their menu and don't have that option anymore. The staff is always very confused and lacks organization. On the upside, their salad dressing is still super delicious and the new spicy tuna bowl option has a lot of fish. I do feel that their chicken portion size has gone down and their miso soup is a lot more watery than it used to be.
All in all, I probably will be back for their house dressing and the nostalgia factor (used to go all the time in high school) but I know that I'll have to deal with less than stellar experience.
