  • Tower City is the heart of Cleveland. All RTA Transportation can be accessed from Tower City. Tower City is home to a Hard Rock Cafe, Morton's Steakhouse, and other food court type eateries. On three levels there are several shops: mens formal dress, Champs, Cleveland sports memorabilia, bath and body works. Uniquely, there are two shops on par with current urban fashion trends: Next, and Villa. Villa is known to be the place to get new limited edition shoes. Weekly, there are lines out the door, at Villa, of people waiting to get the new stuff. The Horseshoe Casino can be accessed from Tower City. There is also a Ritz Carlton. Facility is open 24/7. Public Restrooms are available. Expect loiterers.
