Goodness gracious! One the bet Starbucks I've ever been to! Crowded during the morning BUT very very efficient with friendly workers who put tons of smiles and has an awesome 'Welcome to Starbucks' call. The store was super clean, smelled like coffee, a person taking advanced orders, fresh food and pasties, and patient customers who created various conversations (oppose to complaining). It's a great getaway from the strip and will be coming back here more often.
On another note, my trip there was alright and was greeted by an Asian girl. Very sweet girl. Moving forward, I was waiting for my drink at the bar. My drink was being made by a very pretty young lady named Julia. I asked her to add whip cream to caramel macchiato and she replied "That's the best topping" with a big smile. I loved her answer! Maybe about one minute in, I witnessed her getting yelled at by her guy co-worker. She then finished my drink and served it with a smile. I told her "thank you Julia" and she said "you're very welcome Emily. Have an amazing day". I responded with, "things will get better" & headed out.
For myself to witness the young gentleman who yelled so viciously at her was over unprofessional. Starbucks needs to extensively review who they hire. For such a polite young lady to get bashed in front of her workers and customers (as myself & a few other) needs to be taken into serious matters as us customer hear and see everything that's happening.
Overall, I'm a huge supporter and Starbucks addict and will forever and only come here.
