  • I've purchased 2 brand new cars from this dealer in recent years. Went back for a 3rd Hyundai. "Carlos", a rude and racist hispanic, and apparently the sales manager, is the WORST individual a company can have as an employee. After deciding to leave the dealership for considering their offer wasn't my best option, carlos approached me and "thanked" me for wasting my salesman's hours of his "valuable" time, who has kids to feed and he could not believe I'd leave the store without buying a car. Someone needs to tell this kid he can't sell a car to every person that walks into the dealership. So thanks to carlos, I had the WORST customer experience of my life, to date. He needs help and truly hope he gets it asap. Yelpers, stay away from this dealership, there are plenty of other Hyundai's stores in the Valley!!!
