  • This location gets a low rating because the staff seem miserable. The individuals at the welcome desk are never smiling and barely make eye contact when you arrive and never say thank you or good bye on your way out. I never see anyone working with a personal trainer...EVER! Yet they will kick me out of the area marked off for PT sessions when the rest of the gym is totally packed. I guess they like that area to remain empty for no reason. I am at this location 2-3 times a week and not one staff member has ever made any attempt to have a conversation with me. I continue to go here only because of the hours of operation. I have been to the body combat class and it was fun. I would recommend it.
