  • Extremely difficult to deal with. I also bought a Groupon and all the stipulations and paperwork were not even close to worth it. They won't take you without an apt, OK fine. But when I called to make the apt, it could not be confirmed until I gave them my Email addrs, completed a form and sent it back. Did I mention the form was not working and I had to call back a few times to find this out? Then when my husband took our dog in, they needed to see her rabies vaccine papers, causing him to have to drive all the way home to get them. What?!? It's just a fricken bath people!
