Very disappointed in the quality of cleaning. I probably should have re-contacted Elena again how poorly my 2 bedroom condo was cleaned, but honestly I am pretty dissatisfied after I really started noticing just how much furniture and shelving wasn't dusted. I asked for my fans to be dusted, they cleaned 2 out of 4. The picture frames on the walls were untouched, most of the bedroom furniture wasn't dusted and a chair in the master bedroom was never even moved when they vacuumed. The bathrooms looked great. The ladies arrived on time and were very polite.
Elena offered a refund the first contact I had with her via email and she did offer a recleaning at 1/2 price but at this point I don't have the faith in them to do the job right. I took Elena up on her $60 refund for a $159 service, plus what I tipped the 2 ladies. I'm happy others seemed to get a job well done. I booked this company based on reviews and I guess I wasn't lucky to get a good team.

Elena, I certainly appreciate the refunds. My initial reaction to the cleaning was they did a fairly good job. The more I looked around my house the more disappointed I became. After having to clean everything myself I became very disenchanted with the service I paid for. Reimbursement of the tips isn't necessary, I voluntarily gave the ladies the tips. Thanks for following up. I still believe in your commitment to providing top notch cleaning services and 100% customer satisfaction. My situation must have been unique and not the norm. Maybe in the future, my deep cleaning needs will be a chance for me to give Superb Maids another chance.
