  • I use to spend 2+ hours at Costco to get my tires but for a few dollars more or less I took my brother's advice and went to Discount Tires. I was able to find the tires online and make sure they had them in stock (which they did). While it looked busy I was helped off the bat and was out within the hour - maybe 35 minutes. They send you an e-mail reminder to swing by for a free tire check and air fill and also when you need a tire rotation! Today I came by and it took minutes to be helped and on my way! Everyone I have interacted with has top-notch customer service and seem extra happy to help. They suggest products but are never pushy or take it personal if you decline. They have customer service down - I love it and always share my experience with friends and family!
