  • I didn't get very good directions to guide me into alignment and after being waved back and forth 3 or 4 times, I ended up breaking my passenger side mirror off! Then i got a wash that left dirt streaked on the side of my van. Stay in the outside lane so you can be sure to head directly forward for alignment, the inside lane is a tight turn. UPDATE--Rainstorm car wash has taken responsibility for the damage--so I've upgraded their score for that.
